My name is Othniel N. Toomann known by stage name Ofnell (Onto-Boi). I am a Liberian songwriter, vocalist, rapper, performer and instrumentalist based in Monrovia.
I was born in Accra, Ghana to Liberian parents on January 15, 1996. A second child of three children, we moved back to Liberia in 1997 and settled in Gbarnga, Bong County.
Started primary education while in Bong County and later move to Monrovia due to the civil crises.
Had a strong attraction to music at an early age and began learning the arts of music by Grade Four and since then, the sound keeps getting better.
